Uist Holiday Cottage

Our South Uist self catering holiday cottage has one bedroom and provides 5 star luxury accommodation for up to two people.

The holiday cottage is fitted with double glazing throughout and all fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality for your comfort during your stay. There is complimentary WiFi available throughout the house and a telephone for our guests convenience.

Lounge Area
The vaulted ceiling living and dining area is floored with solid oak with luxury seating and a peat burning stove, which is ideal for creating a peaceful and relaxing ambience.  The cottage has the latest technology including an energy efficient UHD Smart TV, Sky Q and Blu-ray player.

Kitchen Area
The kitchen area is very well equipped with:-

• nespresso coffee machine
• utensils & crockery

Bedroom
The bedroom has a bespoke hand carved large king size four poster bed with a luxuriously deep mattress and the finest bed linen for your comfort.  A hairdryer is also provided for your use.

Bathroom
The bathroom has an ultimate wellness system which is an advanced spa bath system. The bath boasts chromatherapy technology, or colour therapy has been used for many centuries to help with many physical ailments and to restore emotional balance and life energy. Today many spa treatments include the holistic benefits of the combination of colour and water for a truly sensational and relaxing experience. The bathroom also includes a walk in rain head shower.  Luxury soft towels, robes and Scottish aromatic toiletries are provided to compliment your bathing experience.

The large heated outhouse adjacent to the cottage which houses the freezer, washer/dryer, peat supply for your stay and storage area for any equipment you may have for your idyllic holiday getaway whether you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday or a base for your outdoor pursuits ie walking, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, fishing, diving, bird watching or island hopping.

There is a large garden area with seating to relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the hills of South Uist and magnificent sunsets.

A complimentary hebridean welcome hamper is included with all bookings. (In season the basket comprises of fresh local seafood, Stornoway Black Pudding, fresh eggs, local  hot smoked salmon)
